  Art classes at LaVintage Decor
Just wanted to stop by and mention I've been teaching art classes at LaVintage Decor! We're having so much fun making art and helping people remember the joy of creating. Some having painted since they were in elementary school. Now, people can enjoy creating art in a way that reconnects with that happiness and meditative quality of art. If you're in the area, sign up for class. Right now, we have a fun one for beach themed and birds in the garden! Also, it's BOGO...buy a class and bring a friend along for free! What more can you say to relaxing and painting? As an art educator, I believe in the arts to transform people by allowing people to express themselves and socialize. In addition, you get something lovely for you home that you have made.

That's right, Buy One Admission, Get One FREE!
That's a $35 value.
Call 8149348928 to reserve your spot!!

  Working in the art world
When we think of art, often grand thoughts come to mind...a master piece, genius, or some other big romantic notion of what art "should" be. However, art is and often something much more tangible and, thankfully, reachable. Art is an attempt to express some form of communication.

  New artwork:

The painting above is made with resin and is a mix medium piece. Roughly 1 by 4 feet.

This piece is coated with resin as well and is 1.5 by 2 feet. It was made with a wood base.

This painting to the left is made on canvas, is about 24 by 36 inches and coated with resin.

I have started a series with deer collaged pieces. I love working with colored paper and often make my own. These are smaller pieces at 4 by 6 inches

This is a piece coated with resin and is made with found objects. Roughly 11 by 8 inches made on wood.
